You'll be just steps away from the lake and just a short drive to the village, slopes, and National Forest hiking trails\. This beautifully decorated home comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway\! 

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 2200\+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a smart TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 5 bedroom, 3 bath\. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed and smart TV\. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV\. Downstairs third bedroom has a king bed\. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed\. Downstairs fifth bedroom has two twin beds\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\. 

KITCHEN \- Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
