The mother\-in\-law suite is perfect for older kids who want their own space or guests that have difficulty with too many stairs\. The mother\-in\-law suite features a small living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom w/2 queens, a full bathroom and 1 bedroom w/1 queen\. The 3rd part of the house is a ground level bedroom w/1 queen and an attached bathroom near the pool\. This house was completely gutted, re\-configured and remodeled from January \- June 2021\. The new salt water pool, measuring 25ft x 11ft with a depth of 3ft to 5ft, was installed in July 2021\.
