A covered patio for your enjoyment with an additional wood patio that runs the length of the property\. Walk directly from the back door of this townhome to the sandy beach\. You will be delighted that there are no high\-rise condos close by to crowd your private beachfront access\.

Looking to stay for the winter? \- Blue Nine 9 is perfect for snowbirds\! We'd love to have you\. There's no better place to escape to than the beach when temperatures start to drop\. Where else can you trade in the snow for sand? Give us a call if you’re interested in booking this over the winter months\. 

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests\. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan\. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion\. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods\.
