Welcome to your perfect getaway\! Nestled in the heart of Carolina Beach at the North end, with easy proximity to Freeman Park, this delightful vacation rental offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay\. It's a short walk to the beach \(2 blocks to the sand\)\. There's the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and entertainment options\. Check out the location with satellite maps to orient yourself\.

Pet Paradise\! \.\.\. with doggy doors for your small dog to access the screened porch, and another to access the huge front deck, followed by a ramp to a 100ft dog run\. Absolutely no stairs and total freedom for your beloved pet to go in and out\. They'll love it, especially the old ones\. You don't have to drag your dog up and down dozens of stairs, or an elevator, several times a day\. And, for humans, there are only 3 stairs to enter the house with all your stuff, groceries, etc\.

There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample storage\. The main bedroom is huge, with a king bed, and tons of closet/drawer space\. The second bedroom is set up as a den, with sofa, chair and TV\. A nice place to get away from your significant other\. The sofa has a full\-size pullout bed\.  The den pullout is best suited for children\. If you plan to sleep 2 large adults there, you may not be happy\.

It's open\-concept living and dining with cozy seating, a flat\-screen TV, and lots of natural light\. There is plenty of seating at the bar\. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for home\-cooked meals\. It has a Jenn\-air cooktop and wall oven, microwave, wine cooler, brand new Mitsubishi HVAC, and a brand new water heater for peace of mind\.

It has a full bathroom with a large, tiled shower, modern fixtures and amenities\. Washer/dryer and overhead heater\.

It has high\-speed, free WIFI\. Both TV's have Amazon sticks\. If you have an account, just log on\. There's a blue\-tooth ready stereo for your phone music, with 4 overhead speakers\. There are also 2 Amazon Dots, 1 portable\.

The outdoor space includes a large screened porch with plenty of seating\. Continue on to the outside deck with a beautiful view of the surrounding area and canal\. There's seating for 4 under the "Blue Sails"\. During the summer season, Carolina Beach sponsors weekly fireworks\. You'll have a ring\-side, unobstructed view to watch the festivities\. There is off\-street parking for 2\.

This isn't a new build, with expensive fixtures and designer furnishings\. It's a beach "shack" as we like to call it\. We think you'll love it\!
