## Description
The gorgeous Gulf views from the great room and master suite with floor to ceiling sliders will have you in vacation mode instantly\.  

The open concept floor plan allows for forever views from the great room, dining area for 6 and fully equipped  kitchen with breakfast bar\.  A full wet bar with separate ice maker is adjacent to the dining area\.

The king sized primary bedroom, with access to the balcony, has an en suite bath with double sinks, jetted tub and walk\-in shower\.
Tile floors are throughout the great room and the primary\.

The second bedroom has a queen\-sized bed\.  Another full bath with tub/shower combo is just outside in the hall\. 
The couch in the living room is a sleeper and will sleep 2 more\.

This beautiful gated resort has a heated pool &  hot tub, private cross\-over to the beach, community grills \(both gas and charcoal\), and a fitness center\.  It even has 2 EV charging stations\!
It is close to the restaurants, the Science Marine Center and to the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico\.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted\.
