\- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival\.

\- Guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood\.

\- The streaming services available on the property's Smart TVs require the guests' own personal login\. Please Remember to log out upon checkout\!
