This three\-story duplex features a rooftop deck and balconies on every level\. Enjoy celebrating the sunrises over the Bay each morning and sunsets over the Gulf every evening during your stay here\. Blue Water Escape is a lovely property with lots of natural light from the many windows throughout the property, many with views of the Gulf and Bay\! From the balconies on each floor, you can smell the salt air and observe the waves rolling as this unit is just one house away from the beach\.

A game station and a ping pong table offer fun activities after a day in the sun\.

The rooftop balcony showcases views of the entire island, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise\. Beach access is only 135 feet away, which is only about a two\-minute walk\.  

The driveway accommodates parking for up to two cars\. 



Blue Water Escape is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs\. The non\-refundable pet fee is $150\.00 per pet per week and will be charged per week\. Short stays are not prorated\. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet\.



This property is protected by video surveillance\.
