Must be 25 years or older to rent this property\. The guest on the reservation must be present at check\-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used\. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay\.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival\. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations\.

Sleeping 8 guests, this cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with the ease of home appliances and 2 baths\. Gather around the stone fireplace in the great room on the comfy couches and watch TV or play ping pong in the rec\. room with family\. Guests can also enjoy an elevated screened porch overlooking the wooded hillside\. 

There is a covered open deck overlooking the woods below with seating for watching the wildlife and relaxing\. The hot tub for this cabin is just steps away outside the great room on an elevated, screened porch at treetop level, overlooking the woods\!  

Pricing is for 6 guests\. Additional fee of $25 per person per day\.
