Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking \(must be at least 14 days before check\-in\)

50% refund for cancellations 14\+ days prior \(outside 48\-hour window\)

50% refund for cancellations 7–14 days prior

Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled within 7 days of check\-in
