The second floor offers the main living area, kitchen and dining area\. The second level has access off the kitchen area to the open porch\. The third floor has two additional bedrooms and baths\. \*This is a non smoking unit\. Unit 12 is located on the beach side of the building, unit 12 does not face the street\. A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $195\.80\. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork\.
