Located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation, Bluff Villa 1692 is ideally situated less than 100 yards from the picturesque South Beach and Braddock Cove\. Just a few steps from the South Beach Village Marina, you’ll have easy access to the renowned Salty Dog Cafe, along with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational activities\. Perched on the top \(third\) floor of Bluff Villas, this two\-bedroom vacation home has been thoughtfully refurbished with beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings\. So that you know, there are no elevators in the Bluff Villas\. The villa features an open living and dining area, six seats, and a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances\. The breakfast bar offers additional seating for three\. The master bedroom includes a king\-sized bed, a private balcony, a walk\-in closet, a ceiling fan, and a flat\-screen TV\. The en\-suite master bathroom boasts a double vanity, a modern walk\-in shower, and stylish tiled floors\. The guest bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a bunk bed with a full\-size mattress on the lower level, a twin mattress on top, and a twin trundle bed\. There is a sleep sofa in the living room\. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower/bathtub combination\.
