Welcome to the quintessential Boise home with a hot tub\! With 3 bedrooms, 2\.5 bathroom and a gorgeous view out the back, this home is situated on the fairway of a beautiful private golf course\.  Relax in the new hot tub on the patio or enjoy a cozy fire\. The kitchen is fully stocked\- just bring your food\. Relax in the den, watch TV in the living room, or take a dip in the hot tub and enjoy the tranquility as the world goes by\. Enjoy relaxing around the propane fire table while enjoying some barbecue in this beautifully landscaped back yard\.

The entire home is available for you to use, except the locked cleaning closet\.

There is an entrance to the Boise Greenbelt one street over, and the Veteran's Memorial Park is an 8 minute drive\. Continue east along State Street and you'll find yourself in the heart of downtown Boise, where there are plenty of restaurants, movie theaters, the Boise Zoo and loads of entertainment\. 

One pet, up to 20 pounds allowed with pre\-approval and a $50 pet fee\. Please seek approval beforehand\.

Boise has a very good bus system\.  A car is not necessary
