Lovingly updated, this classic ski condo is ready for your family and friends to vacation in Telluride\! From the comfy sectional sofa with a chaise to the leather dining room chairs, to all new bedding, this condo is fresh and inviting\. There is a split king in the master and the 2nd bedroom has a two twin beds that can be converted into a king and twin loft\-style bed\. Both bedrooms have en suite baths\. Each bathroom has new vanities, fixtures, and lighting\. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the group\. There is room at the bar in the kitchen for the chef critic\!  The building's lobby area has a large gas fireplace to warm your toes after a day on the slopes, and the deck outside of this large lobby area is perfect for soaking in more of the great outdoors of Telluride\. One vehicle per unit is allowed in the first come first serve heated parking garage\. Boomerang Lodge \#5 can be combined with Boomerang 3 for larger groups\. Bring on the fun\! 

Telluride sits in a box canyon, not your average mountain town\. That means there is only one way in and one way out \(not that you will want to leave\!\)\. Steep forested mountains and cliffs surround it, with waterfalls right out of a fantasy film at the head of the canyon\. Numerous weathered ruins of old mining operations dot the hillsides like relics from the wild past\. Go explore\!
