Laundry is included at your convenience\. There is a lockbox for the key to access the laundry room\! We are Pet\-friendly\! Pet fee is $200 per stay\. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed\. The light and airy master bedroom features a king\-size bed that can be split into two twin sized beds if preferred\. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families\. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a king\-sized bed, that can be split into two twin beds if preferred, a closet and built in dresser\. Bedroom 3 \(sleeping loft\) features a queen\-sized bed\. Climbing stairs will be required for this room\. \~\~ BATHROOMS \~\~ The home is equipped with 1 bathroom and is stocked with a starter kit of toiletries in case you forget something\. \~\~ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM \~\~ The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals\. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, insta pot, and even a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible\. Seating at the dining room table\. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children's bowls and utensils\. Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal\. It is outfitted with a comfy sofa, multiple chairs, a flatscreen TV, and a large collection of children's books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love\.
