## Description
Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom single level condo is all about it's exceptional location on historic 3rd Avenue just 3 blocks from the heart of Durango's Historic Main Avenue with its seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries\.  The fully\-furnished condo  features all of the amenities including AC, washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and 2 outdoor living spaces, one of which has views of Smelter Mountain\. There are two assigned parking space under the condo and YouTube TV is available on the TVs\.

Master \- King and TV\.
2nd \- Queen and TV

The townhome is not pet friendly\.

A minimum 30\+ days stay is required and the townhome has been priced based on a monthly stay\.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer \(white water rafting, horseback riding etc\.\) and winter \(ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc\.\) activities\.
