This inviting Mariner Court townhouse is ideally situated just a short stroll from the private Association Beach on Cape Cod Bay and directly across from the Association Pool \(\#9\) and tennis courts\. Offering serene pond views, this home features three well\-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the comfort of central A/C\.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a queen bed and flat\-screen TV\. A second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat\-screen TV\. The third bedroom, located on the main level, also includes two twin beds and a flat\-screen TV\.

The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to a bright dining area with seating for six\. The sun\-filled living room provides oversized sofas, a large flat\-screen TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the furnished deck—an ideal spot to enjoy views of Blueberry Pond and the beautifully maintained grounds\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
