This beautiful home is located close to Brewster Village, and only 1\.5 miles to Breakwater Beach\! This 3\-bedroom, 2 bath ranch has new hardwood floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, sleeper sofa in the living room, and a backyard ready for lovely Cape evenings\. All bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor: Bedroom \#1 \- king with full bath and A/C, Bedroom \#2 \- 2 twins & A/C, Bedroom \#3 \- 1 twin & A/C\. The living room provides guests with a TV & A/C unit for cooling down\. Off the dining room you'll find slider doors leading outside to the large private yard with furnished outdoor deck, enclosed outdoor shower, and both a gas and charcoal grill\. Additional amenities include WIFI, Iron & Ironing board, and driveway parking for 4 cars\.
