This is a brand new home with 3 bedroom 2\.5 baths\. With its location in the Mirador area, close to everything including the beach\!\! HEATED POOL for your commodity in the winter\.
The pool has a pool bar where you can enjoy some cold drinks\. Also outside there is a shower where you can rinse off after swimming\. Enjoy a nice barbecued meal in the table outside accommodates 8 guest and 4 lounge chairs to relax in the pool area\. The half bathroom the house has connects from the outside swimming pool to the inside living room\.
The Master bedroom has a king\-size bed with a full bath and double sinks\. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of the pool\. You can rest in the room while you are taking a peek at your kids in the pool\.
The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with full bath access shared with the third guest bedroom also with 2 queen beds\. Every room has its Tv with cable and Netflix\.
