The Master Bedroom, overviewing the Ocean, has a King Size bed, en\-suite bathroom and a smart TV Set with Roku channels\.

The second bedroom has twin beds and direct access to the 2nd bathroom, as well as a smart TV Set with Roku channels\.

The condo has 2 assigned parking spots at the 2nd level \(N1\) of the Sotavento Parking Space \(E1\)\.

Please ask for the Condo Rules, which are very strict and must be respected accordingly, or fines will apply directly to the guests for any infringement\. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The gym at the Barlovento and Sotavento complex will be temporarily closed from November 10th to November 24th due to maintenance and improvement works on ceilings, walls, and air conditioning systems\.
