## Description
Stay in one of Mammoth's finest 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom Townhome properties in Mammoth lakes California and is just a stones throw from the slopes at Eagle Lodge\. Complete with gourmet kitchen, this four\-level, spacious townhouse has gorgeous views of the Sherwin Mountains\.

This property enjoys additional luxury and views from a separate deck with private covered jacuzzi and gas BBQ grill off the master bedroom\. The living area features a large kitchen with granite countertops, island w/bar stools, river\-rock fireplace, TV with DVD player, 3/4 bath, and private washer/dryer\.

The master bedroom features a King bed and private bathroom\. The second bedroom has a Queen bed\. Third bedroom features a bunk with 2 Twins, as well as a Twin trundle for a total of 4 Twin beds in the third bedroom\. The loft has a Twin trundle for a total of 2 Twin beds, a Queen and TV\. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more\.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 12 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, and is 4 levels inside\. Guests will be provided two parking passes\.  If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options\.  There is no smoking and no pets permitted\.
