Very close to downtown Burlington and North End restaurants\. Just three blocks from the Church Street marketplace \(bars, shopping, food,\) this lovely apartment is the perfect Burlington getaway\. Taco Gordo, Mayday, and Pho Hong are just a few minutes walk away for delicious North End dining\.

The Space:
This is a comfortable small space above a 200 year old barn on the back of my property\. Walking distance from almost every attraction in Burlington\.

Access:
You will have the entire upstairs space, no entrances or rooms are shared with anyone else\.

Neighborhood:
The Old North End is what makes Burlington, Burlington\. With great local dining options only a short walk in any direction, you'll be within 2 blocks of several local dining options, a coffee shop, and a grocery store\.

Transit:
This unit is short 10 minute walk from downtown Burlington, and there are generally plenty of Ubers available\. 
A bus stop is located less than a block away\.

Additional Notes:
Before booking there are a few things to note about this property:

During the fall and winter, the path to the space can be muddy or snowy\.

On\-street parking only\.

The space is on the second floor of the barn behind the main house\.

There is wifi, average speed is about 150 mbps\. 

There is a friendly dog who lives on the property but as such we cannot accommodate additional canines\.
