→ RESORT PRE\-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $70 RESORT FEE PLUS TAX PER RESERVATION\.  This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes\. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process\.

→ Anyone 19 and older can reserve this condo\. 

→ 2 Car Max \- Of Site parking available close by for a fee for more than two vehicles\.

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL \- Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store\. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel\. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash\. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided\.
