Summary:
This bright and modern studio is the perfect place to stay during your DC visit\. Incredible location, historic neighborhood, and metro\-accessible \(3 blocks\)\.  

We are on on the same street as the US Capitol & Library of Congress, only a few blocks away\.

The Space:
From your front door, you are:
a 19 minute walk to the National Mall
a 16 minute metro ride to the National Mall
a 7 minute drive to the National Mall
a 9 minute bus ride to the National Mall

The National Mall includes the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, the National Museum of American History, the National Museum of Natural History, the National Air and Space Museum, National Museum of the American Indian, the National Gallery of Art, and the Smithsonian Castle\. Museums and memorials are spread out but are all walk\-able from each other\. 

From your front door, the White House is a 24 minute metro ride away, the Library of Congress is a 9 minute walk away, and the Capitol is just next to that\.

You will have access to the front patio, and a room with washer and dryer\.

Neighborhood:
You will love staying in this historic area\. What started out as an area for members of Congress to in the late 18th century, has now become Washington DC's largest residential historic district\. The neighborhood is beaming with color and charm\. Dozens of restaurants just a 3 minute walk away\. Trader Joe's grocery store close by, as well\.

Transit:
Located close to two metro stops \(a 6 minute and a 9 minute walk\)\. It's a 3 minute walk to the bus stop\. Uber is readily available\. Most tourists sites are easily walkable\!

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four\-legged companions\. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer\. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly\. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet\-friendly\. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet\-welcoming home\. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet\-friendly stays\.
