\- The private spa and pool cannot be heated simultaneously\. Heating both of these at the same time will cause the heating motor to malfunction

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front of the home facing the front entrance, and 2 cameras are located on the side of the home facing the driveway/street\. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces\. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
