Newly renovated with LVP flooring, TV, paint, and new sleeper love seat\.  This studio unit has incredible views from the 17th floor of the Brighton building, located in Kingston Resort\.  It features a private balcony, free parking, and free WiFi \(400 Mbps\)\.  Furnished with a king size bed and desk area, you'll also have a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave, small fridge and prep kitchenette\. Walk to the sand just over the boardwalk to enjoy the coastal lifestyle that Atlantic Ocean has to offer\. 

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort\. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment\.
