Located just off of Broadway Avenue, it is quick to get to a variety of local shops, restaurants, activities, and amenities\. Head South for freeway access, with the Boise Airport just minutes away, or head North straight past BSU into Downtown Boise\!

No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time \(unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance\)\. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry\. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance \- dog friendly only; no cats \- maximum 2\. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets\.
