This space is where to go for the best possible experience in Cincinnati\. Next to Ziegler Park, the property is in Pendleton, one of the most walkable, safe and clean neighborhoods in downtown Cincinnati\. You'll find dozens of restaurants, bars and breweries, cafes, and ice cream parlors within a 5\-minute walk\. All of OTR and downtown is walkable from here\. You can hop on the streetcar nearby and get to most places downtown for free, including stadiums and music venues\.

You'll have the entire building: 2 gorgeous condo units\. Both units have a beautiful, open kitchen\-living room layout\. The first is a 2\-story 2\-bedroom condo with lofty, high ceilings, and exposed beams that starts on the second floor\. The second is a ground floor, cozy, comfortable, and charming space\.

Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown\. It's safe and clean but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer\. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here\. You're right on Ziegler Park, less than a five minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten minute walk to Vine Street\. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium\.
