New leather furniture in the living room with 2 leather swivel recliners\. This updated single\-story 2\-bedroom 2\-full\-bath condo is perfect for families\. The Master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom, and the 2nd Master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom\. Large wall\-mounted smart TVs are in the Bedrooms and living room with Free Cable, and HBO & Showtime\.

There is a queen\-size pull\-out couch in the living room\. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have an open layout, which is perfect for gathering around for a meal or some family fun\. The living room has a balcony and a gas fireplace\. The front closet is supplied with board games, beach towels & chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and plenty of sand toys\.
