Welcome to "Brookside\- One of a Kind," a remarkable 4\-bedroom, 3\-bathroom house that seamlessly blends retro charm with modern elegance\. Located in the heart of the picturesque Maple Ridge neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Brookside and Cherry Street districts, where you'll discover a treasure trove of boutique shops, eclectic restaurants, and vibrant entertainment options\. This home is a true gem, offering both comfort and convenience for your Tulsa escape\.

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee/pet, plus taxes, is due after time of booking\. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there\. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet\.
Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation\.
