This adorable 4\-bedroom, family\-friendly house is located across the street from Buckeye Lake Marina, offering great water views from the front porch\. The front deck features a grill, a table with seating for four, and a swing\. This setup provides an ideal space for outdoor dining and relaxation\. The spacious home includes a 2\-car garage and a game room for rainy days, making it perfect for families\.

This home features 4 bedrooms: a bunk room with 3 twin beds, a queen bedroom, another queen bedroom, and a queen bedroom with a full\-sized crib\. It also includes two full baths, one with a walk in shower and the other with s standard tub/shower\. The massive living room, equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, air hockey table, and pool table, is perfect for entertaining on rainy days\. The dining room has a full\-sized dining table that seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, as well as an extra bar/dining space in the living room\. The fenced\-in backyard boasts a hot tub and propane fire pit, making this home ideal for large family gatherings\.
