## Description
This 1\-bedroom, 1\-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa\. It features a private balcony with mountain views and overlooks Dercum Square\. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities\. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high\-speed gondola\. Buffalo Lodge offers shared amenities including 2 hot tubs\.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day\. The living area features a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace and a queen\-sized sleeper sofa\. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet\. Off of the living area is access to the private balcony with views of the Gore Mountain Range and of the ice skating rink in winter and putt\-putt golf during the summer\.

The full\-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home\. The dining area comfortably seats four\. The full bathroom is off the main living area and across from the bedroom\. It has a pedestal sink and a shower\-tub combination and is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries\. The bedroom features a king\-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV\.

This unit has had many updates, completed in 2023, including new carpet, new paint, new living room and dining area furniture, a new sleeper sofa, and new lighting\. 

Please note, there is underground parking available for ONE vehicle\.
