Located on the East end of Big Bear City with lots of privacy and open space\. This beautiful multi\-level home features plenty of natural light, privacy, and plenty of open space that will have your friends and family entertained year\-round\. Views of the Gold Mountain and Baldwin Lake\. Just a short drive to the Village, marinas, ski resorts, Alpine Zoo, and more\! 

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1700\+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 4 bedroom, loft, 2 bath\. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV\. Downstairs second bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV\. Third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and balcony\. Fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed with full trundle, and smart TV\. Loft has a daybed and ceiling fan\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stove with oven, refrigerator with water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games\. Relax near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace\. Laundry area with washer/dryer\.
