We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available in the Disney Area, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Butterfly Palm is a nice addition to our portfolio\. It is also in the building right next to the Windsor Palms pool and clubhouse so you could not have a better location within the resort than this either\! Butterfly Palm is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor condo, and has 1268 sq ft of living area to enjoy\. It provides plenty of room to relax, while the nearby resort amenities provide a whole host of options for those who are more energetic\! Located less than a one minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, Butterfly Palm provides a resort view which can be enjoyed from your private patio, and as you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped\. Decorated in soothing pastel shades throughout, the condo has been extensively upgraded throughout with new flooring, furniture and painting\. Our guests liked it before, but they will really love it now because it does offer something a little different, and it certainly enjoys a very relaxing vibe, yet still has everything a family on vacation would want\. It sleeps 6\-8 people comfortably, though as with many of our other homes we do restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the home The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en\-suite facilities, one Queen size bed, and a twin bedroom, a perfect configuration that does work well for many families\. The Queen and twin rooms share the second full bathroom\. We should add too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home\. Butterfly Palm also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer\. The main living area features a large flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available\.  \*Please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests\. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool too\. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect\. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal\. A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs\.
