With 4 bedrooms, 2 guest cottages, 4 baths, large modern kitchen and living space to accommodate your family and friends of 15\+ Enjoy a cookout on the large patio, gaze at the stars by the fire\. Enjoy an evening of dancing at the Purple Fiddle, a cup of cofee at TipTop and a stroll through Art Galleries\. Large family & friend get\-togethers or evening small retreats will appreciate this spacious home located right in Thomas, just 3 blocks up the hill from Front Street\. This is my personal residence that is primarily for guest use\. I have a small private apartment on the premises that is not included in the rental and May or may not be used by me during your booking\. This may be discussed, and negotiated before your booking\. There is an abundance of sleeping accommodations with 4 comfortable bedrooms, two queen cottages, an open space living/sleeping area, a large sectional couch and blow up mattresses if needed\. \*floor mattress & air mattress are only provided upon request or when numbers necessitate Enjoy privacy with two in\-suite master bathrooms \(one with a 2 person jacuzzi tub\!\), and one full bath adjacent to two bedrooms, plus an extra shower in the laundry room\. Feel like staying in for the night, make use of the fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor area, including double gas/charcoal grill, extensive patio seating & fire pit\. Entire House, Rear Patio, Front Yard, Driveway The following areas are NOT available to guests \*Garage \*labeled closets & drawers \*attached apartment I am a message away, and most easily reached via Airbnb app\! And not far in the case of an emergency\. Experience both culture and adventure in the heart of West Virginia, Thomas WV\. The house is located in a quiet community setting & is just a short stroll to front street’s art galleries, coffee bars, eclectic shops and the Purple Fiddle music venue\. A short ride to the best hiking, mountain biking, cross county and down hill skiing in WV\! Thomas attractions can be accessed on foot \(a hilled 3 block walk\)\. A car is necessary to access the area attractions and all wheel drive is recommended in the winter\. Just 3 blocks from the shops and galleries on Front Street, including The Purple Fiddle, Mountain State Brewery, TipTop coffee, Front Street Grocers, The White Room, Lamplight Gallery, Creature Gallery, and Riverfront Antiques\. Only 5 minutes from Davis, and Blackwater Falls State Park\. Enjoy a hike and the falls then check out the great food & drink options including, Siriani's, Hellbender Burrito, Stumptown Ales\. Davis is also home to the best mountain bike trails on the East Coast\! Only 15 minutes to Canaan Valley for cross county and downhill Skiing at Timberline Four Seasons Resort, Canaan Valley Resort and White Grass Touring and Cafe\. Also, catch West Virginia's very own Brews and Music Fest at the BrewSkies Festival in August\. A short 45min drive to Elkins West Virginia rich with culture, Breweries like Big Timber\. Also check out the Augusta Fest from mid July through end of August for music, dancing, culture and the arts\. Explore the many beautiful attractions such as Dolly Sods Wilderness, Seneca Rocks, and West Virginia's highest point, Spruce Knob\. Animal Specifics: \*Two dogs and 2 cats live on the premesis, though they will either not be on site when booked, or they will be in the attached apartment, where they primarily live\. They may be seen roaming around the back yard and patio\. The adjacent neighbors dogs are contained by a wireless fence\. Other neighboring dogs may be loose but are extremely friendly and rarely approach our property\. Please avoid leaving food outside as it attracts animals such as raccoons\.
