This Beachview complex ground floor unit is under new property management\. 

Just steps from the beautiful white sandy beach,  you'll be playing in the emerald green Gulf waters in minutes\.
After a long beach day,  take a swim in the community pool which is just outside your door\.  If you're feeling energetic, have a game of tennis on the private court in the complex\.

A large great room greets you as you enter BV 112\.  There is plenty of room for tv viewing, reading a book or just relaxing\.  Make a snack or a full meal in the fully equipped kitchen and dine at the breakfast bar or dining table seating 6\.  \(also perfect for a game night\!\)

The primary bedroom is king\-sized with an en suite bath\.  Across the hall is the second bedroom with 2 full\-sized beds and a full bath\.  There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping\.
The included washer/dryer makes your stay even more convenient\.  

A small patio with table and chairs is outside the great room\.\.\.a peaceful spot to have a cup of morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day\.  
A community grill is also here for your convenience\.
Designated parking for 2 cars and overflow parking is available on a first come first served basis\.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted\.
Minimum age to rent is 25\.
