Cactus Rose is a 3\-bedroom and 3\.5\-bathroom luxury villa in beautiful Southern Utah\. Located minutes away from Sand Hollow Reservoir, and a 30\-minute scenic drive from Zion National Park\. With access to spas that are heated year\-round, and two pools \(one heated year\-round\), this is the perfect place for a fun getaway with friends or family\!

Cactus Rose is the perfect retreat for family, friends, and groups looking for a Southern Utah experience\. On the main level, there is a king master suite, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a living area, a half bathroom, a front entry patio, and a back patio with BBQ & plenty of seating\. Upstairs contains a second king master suite, a second hall bathroom, a king room\. The property is fully stocked with all the essentials such as shampoos, conditioners, soaps, toilet paper, and plenty of fresh towels and linens\. In the hall closet, you will find a full washer and dryer with detergents\. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and small appliances including a coffee maker, and blender, as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, paper towels, dishcloths, sponges, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home\! The space is also fully furnished with comfortable high\-quality luxury furniture\. It offers High\-Speed Internet \- 500mbps fiber\. All TVs are smart TVs\.

The pools \(heated year\-round\), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am\-10 pm\. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room\.

There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge\. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined\. 
 
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a soft\-sided cooler and ice packs, a toddler booster seat, wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils\.

Check\-in is 4 pm\. Check\-out is at 11 am\.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane \(10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West\) is less crowded than the one in St\. George \(10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I\-15 south exit 10\)\. However, in St\. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters\.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen\. Please return items there upon departure\.
