Private house with City & Mountain views\. Swim in the pool\. Charming southwest decorated 2 bedrm\(king & queen\) secluded in Sunrise Mt\. Access to pool, kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining\. Relax among a variety of plants &wildlife  like: roadrunners, hummingbirds, doves, quail, snakes, scorpions and others\. Hiking up the street& the Wetlands Pk a few miles away\. Lap pool, water slide park and gym 2 miles away at $3 a visit\. ID and lease required\. No pets\. We are Limestone Investments Realtors\.

This single story casita features easy access and open spaces\. There are two bedrooms\. One bedroom has a murphy bed in case you want to use it for an office or exercise room\. Guests have  access to the large pool area with diving and dining\.

The Casita is very private with a wall separating it from the main house\. The pool, bar and lounge areas are possibly shared areas\. You can swim all year if you are a polar bear\. All night as long as no loud music or splashing after 9pm\.

The casita is a single one story home with a privacy wall and a zillion plants nestling it in privacy and peace\. You have full access to pool, cabana, gazebo and gardens\.

Nestled in the foothills of Sunrise Mountain, you will find the neighborhood quiet and peaceful\.

\- This house is within 2 miles of a coffee shop, groceries, bars and restaurants\. 
\- There is a major park  approximately 170 acres in size and features a 65,000 square\-foot skate park; four civic plazas; three dog parks, two lighted competition baseball fields; tennis, volleyball and basketball courts\. 
\- Check out hpetroglyphs at Valley of Fire, hike at Red Rock Park, water slide parks in Henderson & Charleston and Hollywood, ski at Mt Charleston, zip line downtown, best movie theater with drinks and full meals served in the theater\- Eclipse, Spring Preserves & Discovery Museum, Adventuredome with rides and video arcade  \(great for kids\), helicopter tour to Grand Canyon, paddle boat tour of Lake Mead, the Hoover dam tour,  year round ice rink at the Fiesta Rancho, watch a Golden Knights practice, GraviDy and Go carts, Pink Jeep Tours, shows, Neon Museum, Mob Museum, gun ranges, premium outlet malls and nature at the Wetlands\.

The best mode of transportation is Uber and Lyft\. Fremont Street is 8 miles away \(15 minutes\) and The Strip is 12 miles away \(20 minutes\)\. The convention center is 10 miles away \(20 minutes\)\. EDC / NASCAR events are only 11 miles \(20 minutes\) to get there \- hours to get back lol\.
