The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, there is a full bath nearby\. The living room couch is a queen size sofa sleeper\.If you prefer a quiet complex, without crowds and traffic, here's your vacation home\. Complex has a courtyard on south side with a charcoal grill\. Condo includes one assigned parking space so no searching for an open space upon arrival to this vacation home\.Located at 713 South Ocean Blvd, you can take a short walk to the Surfside Beach Pier and all its local restaurants and shops\.  Just a short drive gets you to shopping, golf, and other attractions along the Grand Strand\.  Or, just relax on the over\-sized balcony or the beach\.
