## Description
Cape Haus is a great addition to the Pristine Properties’ inventory\.  A very desirable feature is that it is a single level home\.  There is a short set of stairs to enter the home and then everything inside is all on one level\.  This home has a very open floor with lots of living area\.  With windows lining the wall in the living room it allows for a bright, naturally lit interior\. The house typically rents as a 3 bedroom \(see Cape Haus\), one of which is semi\-private and open to the living room, but Cape Haus Extra includes the addition of a 4th bedroom on the ground level with full bath\.  To top this home off, there is a large screened porch on the backside of the home overlooking the pool and an open deck on the front with views of the Gulf\. Reasonably priced, this home has it all, gorgeous furnishings, lots of room, a short walk to the beach, a perfect combination for a great family vacation\.
