Children can enjoy the Pelican Soccer Field play ground as well as the Baseball complex playground which is within walking distance\. When entering the property, the master bedroom with its own en\-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the house while the two guest bedrooms share a pool bathroom on the opposite side of the house\. The center is made up of the kitchen, living room as well as formal dining room\. The backyard is amazing and features a southern facing swimming pool which is electrically heated therefore making it possible to swim year round\.
