This charming 4\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom house is located less than a 2\-minute drive from the shore, putting the sound of the waves and the feel of warm sand between your toes mere moments away\. Spend your days soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and exploring the coastline, then return to a comfortable and inviting space perfect for families or groups of friends\.

\~	Beach Access:  Less than a 2 minute drive to Surfside Beach\. 

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\.

\~	Pet Policy:  3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet\. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors\.

\~	Large Groups:  We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking\.

One bedroom offers a queen\-sized bed, perfect for additional guests, and also features a full\-over\-full bunk bed, providing extra sleeping space for children or another adult\. The fourth bedroom provides additional sleeping space with another full\-over\-full bunk bed, making Captain's Quarters a great choice for families or larger groups\.

Head outside to the expansive porch, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the covered section while listening to the morning sounds, or soak up the sun on the open deck\.  Downstairs, the large yard offers plenty of space for kids to run around and play yard games, while the BBQ pit is perfect for creating delicious grilled meals to enjoy under the Texas sky\.
