In the heart of Goodyear, AZ, we offer a great vacation spot\. We are close to various hotspots, such as spring training fields, the I\-10 freeway, and the AZ Cardinals stadium, just minutes away\. We offer a pool \(non\-heated\), a foosball table, and much more\. Come stay with us and enjoy the AZ sun\.

PARKING: Although the parking space can accommodate up to 6 cars, we allow a maximum of 3 cars on the property to avoid large gatherings\. Also NO STREET parking from 11pm to 4am\. HOA will fine individuals if this rule is not obeyed\.
