Dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker, washer/dryer, 5 Smart TVs for streaming and wireless Internet access\. Ground\-level second living area with new furniture offers a Smart TV and kitchenette with microwave and mini\-refrigerator\. Second refrigerator in garage for easy access when going to or coming off the beach\. Covered and open decks with plenty of furniture to relax after a long day of playing in the ocean and community pool\. Ping\-pong table in garage\. Enjoy peeks of the ocean from the deck and hear the waves from your living room\. No RVs, boats, trailers or buses are allowed to be parked overnight within the community, unless enclosed within a garage\. Monthly rentals available off\-season\. Available year\-round\.
