This two\-story, hacienda\-style, luxury villa is both spacious and inclusive and from the moment you step foot in the house you will feel like royalty\. 

As you walk through the immense double\-door entryway, you are greeted by an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old\-world details\. 

As soon as you step foot in the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and its deep blue color as waves lap in\. The ambiance is further elevated by a beautiful pool which lies just outside the living room making it effortless to go from indoor living to the myriads of outdoor activities just steps away\. 

Perhaps one of the most unique features of the home is the custom\-built, 16\-person hot tub that sits amongst a sprawling terrace\. The hot tub allows large groups to gather and relax and whether its pre\-tee\-time, or after a long day of being out and about exploring all of Cabo's activities, this is a great place to congregate and unwind\.

After drying off, guests of the home can also enjoy the large exterior fire pit where they can sit and chat while watching the flames dance against the night sky\. 

The formal dining room, main kitchen, and outdoor BBQ area allow for full creativity during meal prep and the home is perfect for a Private Chef or in\-home cooking class to create some fun interaction and add to existing culinary skills\. 

Along with the Villa's 10 bedrooms, there is also a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen, giving the home the flexibility to accommodate very large groups or offer additional privacy for work\-meetings or conference calls\.
