 Welcome to Casa Cassaretto, a stunning lakefront home located just 50 yards from Marina Beach in the gated Pine Mountain Lake resort community\. This spacious retreat features its own private boat dock, direct lake access, and a variety of amenities, including a hot tub, game room, and home theater\. Please notify us in advance if you’d like to use it, as it remains powered off unless requested\.This three\-level, 4,000\-square\-foot home offers five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, including two master suites and an open loft with two twin beds \(counted as a bedroom\)\.The home includes a theater room, a Bluetooth\-connected sound system \(usage instructions are posted on the whiteboard\), a DVD player, and WiFi available throughout the house and deck\.For year\-round comfort, the home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, a gas log fireplace, and ceiling fans\. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster\. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair blow dryer\. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers are provided\.The game room features a mini fridge, pool table, dart board, shuffleboard, board games, and a wet bar\.
