This home is all on one level, with no stairs\. The GREAT room boasts new porcelain wood\-grain tile, modern cabinets and quartz counter\-tops\. The master bedroom offers a king bed, large flat screen TV, attached master bath and walk\-in closet along with a slider to access the backyard and views\. The 2nd guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a television\. The 3rd guest bedroom can be used as an office with television or the Murphy bed can easily be pulled down which offers a real queen mattress\. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room\.Close by you will find the Cave Creek Regional Park with MANY walking, hiking and biking paths\. Take the included bikes for a ride\! And for the golfers, the Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club is at your back door\!
