Location\! Style\! Elegance\! This beautiful home is the fabulous combination of everything a great vacation property should be\. One half block to Duval Street in the historic district, the location can't be beat\. The home's history is rich; neighboring the historic Gato Cigar factory which is now restored and used as county offices, but still houses a small cigar museum\. Duval Square is directly across the street with three restaurants, shops, a nail salon and convenience store\. And why not start or finish the day with the best homemade ice cream in Key West at Flamingo's Crossing, just down at the corner\! 

Casa de Cuba is beautifully decorated with soothing colors, sophisticated furnishings, accented with Cuban and beach themed artwork\. There's both a living room and additional sitting area in the front of the house\. Pass through the dining room to the cottage style kitchen with black granite counters, open to the sun room with large farmhouse table with French windows and doors overlooking the pool and a indoor/outdoor room to enjoy the tropical lifestyle of Key West\.

The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated with its black pencil post king bed, soft green color palette and unique bathroom with spa style and nice step\-in shower\. The twin bedroom sits off the living room in the front of the house\. The third bedroom sits to the back of the house and feels like a second master suite with French doors to the outdoor sitting area and pool area\. The second bath with tub is adjacent to the third bedroom and accessible to all guests\. The 21' long heat optional pool features benches on each side for relaxing a little longer There is an outdoor table and nearby gas grill for outside/open air dining\. Additional amenities include WIFI, security alarm, stereo, flat panel televisions, washer and dryer\.
