Located in the heart of the Centro District of Guanajuato, you'll be only steps away from cultural activities, restaurants, bars, shopping, and a thriving public marketplace\. The only funicular in the city can take you up to the Pipila Monument or down to Centro and the Jardin Union to the house, although you will still have to walk some steps to get there\. The Teatro Juarez and Plaza Baratillo are a 5\-minute walk down the hill\. IMPORTANT \| SERVICE TEAM: This property contains amenities which are serviced at times throughout the week, for example service to the pool\. IMPORTANT \| POOL: The pool is heated to about 88\-90 degrees farenheit \( or 30\-32 degrees celcius\) The pool is NOT a hot tub and must be covered at night with the plastic cover which is the guest's responsibility to keep the temperature constant\. Workers come twice per week to service the pool, usually on Wednesday and Friday afternoons\. IMPORTANT \| PARKING: Please note that the home is accessible only via steep pedestrian alleyways and stairways, which might not be suitable for everyone\. There are roughly 150 stairs from either La Pipila or El Centro to the house\. Discounted parking is available at El Pipila Monument parking lot\. We can also arrange for porters to help carry luggage to the house for a small fee\. The parking lot is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm\. There are in\-and\-out privileges \(for a small extra fee\) between those hours\. BUT BE AWARE that the lot is CLOSED between 9:00 PM AND 8:00 AM, so you will need to make other parking arrangements if you want to access your car during those hours\.
