This is a brand new home\!\! The beach is only 2 minutes\. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully furnished\. Top of line linens, comfortable beds, every room has it's own new AC, WiFi, closet\. The house also provides washer and dryer\. Car safety is very important that's why the house also has a garage\. We thought about everything you may enjoy\. 

This vacation home is fully gated and has spacious patio for a nice barbecue to enjoy with family and friends\.

Short walk from the stores and restaurants for your convenience and short distance from bars and nightclubs\. Our front desk department provides 24hr emergency number for anything you might need\.
