The Space:
Casa del Sol is one of our timeless charmers\. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings and the addition of a new, 30 ft private pool with a spacious pool terrace for lounging and dining\. This comfortably furnished and equipped 2 bedroom /1 bathroom bungalow is historically landmarked and sleeps 5 guests comfortably \(including a sofa bed in the Front Room / Florida Room\)\. 

The house is located on one of the quietest streets in the Grandview Heights Historic District, 10 minutes walking distance to the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District with restaurants, shops, bars, street cafes, boutiques, museums, theaters and more\.

Amenities include: Central air and heat; a fully equipped kitchen w/ coffee maker, microwave, blender, cookware, etc; cable television; high speed internet access; bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; cell phone w/ unlimited local calls on request; private fenced backyard; outdoor grill; outdoor seating; beach towels\.

Pet Policy: 
This home welcomes one well\-behaved dog or cat \(under 50 lbs\)\. After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one\-time $200 pet fee \+ taxes\. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay\. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy\.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver: 
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check\-in and released within 2 days after check\-out and our standard inspection\. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non\-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead\.

Age Requirement: 
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation\.
